Your tasks:


  • Independent handling of LCL and FCL shipments according to our quality requirements
  • Disposition, notification and invoicing to our customers
  • Invoice verification of shipping companies and packing companies
  • Daily correspondence with our global network and our customers in English
  • Complaint management

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk freight forwarding specialist
  • Solid professional experience in the field of sea freight export
  • You are characterized by a high customer and service orientation
  • Experienced in working with modern IT
  • MS Office & Co.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills
  • Team player with high selfinitiative and a clear service orientation
