On behalf of a privately owned and medium-sized nursing company, we are looking for an
Interim Facility Manager (m/f/d) for nationwide assignments as soon as possible.

You convince our client as a person With your professional experience, personality and commitment. Your remuneration will be determined in conversation with you.


Your tasks:


  • Employeeoriented leadership and deployment planning
  • Ensuring qualified care, support and care for residents together with the PDL
  • Marketing and management
  • Appreciative leadership as well as motivation and retention of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with nursing and quality standards
  • Representation and representation internally and externally

Your qualifications:


  • Preferably a degree in economics, health economics or nursing management, as well as a staterecognized training as a specialist in health and social services
  • Qualification as a facility manager according to HeimPersV with corresponding recognition
  • Many years of professional experience as a facility manager
  • Sales and service orientation, communication skills and a confident and wellgroomed appearance
