    The Senior Account Based Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Product Marketing within the broader corporate Marketing team.

    This pivotal role will spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM), champion customer advocacy initiatives, and orchestrate company-wide campaign planning, all while working in tight-knit collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product teams, and external marketing agencies when required.

    This role is responsible for both developing and executing effective ABM strategies to drive growth within key accounts and leading the management of company-wide marketing vertical marketing initiatives and campaigns.

    This dual-faceted role requires a versatile marketing professional who can seamlessly navigate between targeted account strategies and broad-scale campaign management.

    Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign and ABM strategy that aligns with the overall marketing strategy and company objectives.

    Work with sales to identify top target accounts and objectives that drive growth and enable customer success. Identify and select target accounts and understand their business needs, pain points, key decision-makers, and business environment. Develop and execute targeted, integrated campaigns and programs, collaborating closely with sales, product, and cross-functional marketing teams.

    Work with the broader sales and marketing team to build the strategy and management of the marketing programs that improve customer experience and loyalty and reduce churn.

    Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted customers and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.

    Partner with Sales Leaders to develop target vertical-focused (SLED, Finance, Healthcare) playbooks including, but not limited to, digital advertising, email marketing, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, nurture, and live/online events.

    Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas, verticals and key accounts.

    Oversee the timely execution of resources, logistics, budgeting, scheduling, digital, and social media strategies for all ABM and vertical campaigns.

    Track campaign and program results, measure success, and report metrics to stakeholders across the business. Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and key players and identify opportunities and competitive threats. Develop strategies accordingly.
