Description

The Deputy Field Director will be responsible for recruiting, training and mobilizing a volunteers and interns to help elect a NY State Senator in Nassau County, Long Island.

• Prior campaign experience in a field capacity strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills, ability to engage with volunteers, interns and voters;
• Experience door knocking and/or phone banking;
• Working Knowledge of GMASS or Mail Chimp preferred but not required
• Experience using VAN and integrated programs
• Recruit and manage volunteers for voter outreach, canvassing & phone banking;
• Developing intern projects and community events;
