Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Accessibility Analysis: Support the analysis of current business processes and digital interfaces to identify accessibility barriers.

Document Requirements: Help document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria focused on accessibility improvements.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure accessibility is considered at all stages of product development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and Section 50
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.
