    Job Summary

    Brave Health is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with experience in content creation to lead our email marketing efforts. This individual contributor role entails crafting compelling multi-channel campaigns and email automations that drive key performance indicators, such as referrals and new patient conversions. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented, creative individual who loves improving patient outcomes by helping connect patients to care quickly. The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for both content creation and analyzing marketing data and business analytics to improve campaigns.

    Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Partner Engagement, this remote position collaborates closely with our Partnerships and Marketing team and the Patient Access Center. This individual can be based anywhere in the US and will work remotely from home, as does our entire national team.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and optimize campaign copy across platforms (SMS, email, direct mail) to generate leads and boost revenue.
    • Develop strategies for organic website growth through content marketing and email campaigns to ensure sustainable top-of-funnel growth.
    • Craft personalized journeys to enhance engagement, conversion, and retention for patients and partners.
    • Monitor campaign analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
    • Manage marketing campaign calendars and oversee market launches and partner stage journeys.
    • Curate and maintain a content library of assets for partners and patients.
    • Embrace and implement new technologies to streamline processes and scale operations.
    • Contribute to internal training guides and process documentation.

    Qualifications

    • 5-7 years of experience in managing email marketing, content creation, or editorial roles, with a focus on high-growth tech companies in B2B settings.
    • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing marketing databases, email, and social media.
    • Healthcare experience preferred, with a strong interest in mental health.
    • Knowledge of federal requirements regarding patient privacy and government-sponsored health care plans
    • Proven track record in developing and executing email marketing strategies, along with proficiency in CRMs and ESPs.
    • Ability to interpret marketing analytics from ESP and GA$
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
    • Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
