Position:
Events Administration Coordinator


Reporting to:
Director of Events


Summary of Position:
Responsible for all Events administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • To communicate mindfully with our events base, especially when payment is overdue or support is needed to settle any outstanding balances.
  • To use the events database to create, look up and update records for current and potential clients and produce reports for events team and ownership regarding the status of current and future events.
  • Plus any ad hoc projects given by the Head Events and/or ownership

Requirements/ Qualifications:


  • At least two years of customerfacing experience, preferably in a events and hospitality environment
  • An enthusiasm for providing firstclass customer service
  • Experience working with programs like PeopleVine, Salesforce or the like
  • Experience communicating in a friendly and professional manner to a diverse audience
  • Experience working in a fastpaced team environment
  • Passion for customer service and elevating the customer experience through knowledge, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner and strong written correspondence skills; ability to respond expeditiously while being mindful of any grammatical and spelling errors. Teamplayer attitude

Compensation:

  • Pay:
$25 per hour
