Are you a passionate construction manager? Then apply with us - we are currently looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:
Your tasks include project management and contract processing with construction supervision for residential projects in the Allgäu region.

You will be responsible for monitoring deadlines, costs, and quality for the entire project and will be the first point of contact for planners and craftsmen.

Additionally, you will be responsible for site billing, including necessary correspondence, in collaboration with the back office.

Requirements:

  • Training as a bricklayer, concrete builder, or similar
  • Fluent in English
