Your Responsibilities

  • Manage all processes in your store, from product availability to staff planning
  • Lead, support, and motivate your team of approximately 100 employees
  • Ensure an attractive appearance of your store and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Monitor the business metrics of your store and implement strategic measures for long-term success
  • Check product availability and maintain our freshness and hygiene standards

Your Profile

  • Completed studies or a comparable qualification desired
  • First leadership experience as a store manager / branch manager / house manager in retail, ideally in the food retail sector
  • Relevant product knowledge in retail, as well as strong communication skills
