The DRK Hospital Neuwied is currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) for our personnel department in Inwood, WV.
We welcome applications from individuals who are motivated and eager to contribute to a well-established and continuously evolving hospital. We are looking for individuals who are interested in shaping new initiatives and developing existing ones.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing payroll and maintaining timekeeping records for a defined group of employees. This includes creating statistics and completing monthly closing tasks.
Assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining communication with social security providers, and serving as a point of contact for personnelrelated matters.
Managing certificates and travel expense reports, as well as maintaining master and movement data.
Planning and coordinating external personnel assignments, such as internships and volunteer services.
Participating in various projects within the organization.
Taking on special tasks as needed in close coordination with the HR manager.

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training with at least three years of experience in human resources, or equivalent qualifications.
