Summary:
Tough Guys Cookies is seeking dedicated individuals to join our production team as Manufacturing Associates.

The Manufacturing Associate will play a vital role in the production process, assisting with baking, packaging, and quality control to ensure the delivery of delicious cookies to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the baking of cookies according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and monitor baking equipment, ensuring proper temperature, timing, and quality of baked goods.
• Prepare ingredients for baking, including measuring, mixing, and portioning ingredients accurately.
• Assist with the packaging of cookies, including labeling, sealing, and preparing products for shipment.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including cleaning equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of cookie production processes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 25 per week
