Summary:
Tough Guys Cookies is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cookie Store Associates.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is clean and organized, and assisting with baking and packaging cookies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and keeping display cases tidy.
• Assist with baking cookies, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products.
• Package cookies for sale, including labeling and ensuring proper presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Assist with special events or promotions as needed.
• Uphold the values and image of Tough Guys Cookies through professional conduct and appearance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
