Job Summary:
Are you passionate about delivering joy and unforgettable experiences to people of all ages? Funbox, a leading entertainment franchise, is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a location manager for our exciting and interactive amusement park.
As a location manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the park, including set-up, hiring and training new employees, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry.
- Proven track record in hiring, training, and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a fun and engaging environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to amusement park operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the amusement park's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, general operations, ticketing, guest services, and maintenance.
- Create and implement efficient work schedules for the staff, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours and special events.
- Maintain inventory of park supplies, equipment, and merchandise, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Monitor park activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee development.
- Regularly review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement, costsaving opportunities, and revenue growth strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to develop and execute local advertising campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive park attendance and revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the park experience.
- Ability to commute within DC Metro if needed
Work Hours
2pm - 9pm Friday, 9 am-9 pm Saturday & Sunday
Monday - Thursday, as needed
