Are you a vigilant and personable individual with a passion for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you FUNBOX, Arcadia, a leading indoor bounce house facility, is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Park Monitor to join our team.

As a Park Monitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for all visitors while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

*Monitor the bounce house area to ensure the safety of children and adults, intervening when necessary to prevent unsafe behavior. *Maintain control over crowds, ensuring that everyone follows safety rules and guidelines. *Assist with guest check-ins, including verifying waivers, collecting fees, and providing general information. *Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and providing receipts when required. *Keep the work area clean and organized, including the bounce house equipment and surrounding areas. *Communicate effectively with individuals of all ages, providing clear and concise instructions regarding safety rules and procedures. *Respond promptly and calmly to any accidents or incidents, following established protocols for first aid and emergency situations. *Collaborate with other staff members to address any customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally. *Actively engage with customers, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere throughout their visit.

Requirements:

*Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. *Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day and work in a physically demanding setting. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals of all ages. *Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain control over crowds and enforce safety rules. *Ability to remain calm and composed in high-energy situations, demonstrating quick decision-making skills. *Basic knowledge of first aid and the ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $18.00/hour.
