- Identify the business units within client base with the greatest need for DCN's insights and network, then identify and open doors with the right decision makers
- Assess the client's needs and ongoing go-to-market strategies and processes and identify areas in which DCN can help increase their effectiveness
- Present integrated solutions based on the appropriate DCN products and services including Market Insights, Market Sizing Analytics, Dodge Advisory Services, Marketing Services, Principia Consulting, and The Blue Book Network
- Display consultative and solution selling skills to successfully represent products and services to prospects through demonstrations of our software solutions
- Build and manage a strong expansion revenue pipeline to achieve assigned sales goals and forecasts
- Maintain interactions through records management as directed in specified CRM system including demonstrating effective utilization of all appropriate systems for information capture and reporting
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and growth goals by expanding revenue within existing accounts.
- Provide management with timely and accurate reports, as required, and maintain CRM database of contacts and opportunities
- Represent DCN professionally in all interactions
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 5+ years successful track record of consultative and solution selling skills to successfully represent products and services to prospects through online demonstrations of our software solutions
- This role requires a self-starter who is intuitive, curious, confident, tenacious, and bold in pursuing opportunities and growing revenue
- Business development strength and insight to forecast sales revenue accurately in is required
- Knowledge of commercial construction is desirable
- Working knowledge of all MS Office products is required
- Experience using Teams, WebEx, and other similar webinar tools is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are required, including influence, persuasion, and group presentations

Description
Dodge Construction Network (DCN) is searching for a Strategic Account Manager with proven success managing large, complex accounts, identifying areas of growth, and expanding revenue within those existing accounts. This is a field-based role within DCN's Enterprise segment.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you are solely responsible for expanding the relationship and related revenue within an established set of accounts. You must have a keen sense for attention to detail, service, and identifying opportunities. You must be strategic in your approach and take initiative in in identifying and pursuing the right prospects, the right decision makers, and then delivering the best enticing door opener. Successful candidates have a long-term track record of maintaining and generating revenue.
This position reports directly to the Director, Enterprise Sales.
Location
This is a remote role with the flexibility to work from any location in the United States. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed for face-to-face meetings with prospects within the assigned region.

Salary Disclosure
Base Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000+ Commissions
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. DCN's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
