- Assist the Director of Finance in overseeing the daytoday financial activities of the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts to help guide decisionmaking
- Manage the budgeting process and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to staff members on financial matters
- Assist in conducting financial audits and reviews as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- CPA or other relevant certification is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Director of Finance to join our team and support the Director of Finance in managing the financial operations of our organization.
Employment Type:

Pay Range:
$75,000 - $85,000/year (DOE), plus up to 10% annual potential bonus
