    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to lead the engagement and success of our membership community at Gravity Haus Vail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership recruitment, engagement, and retention, as well as fostering a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere within the club. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the overall membership experience and driving club growth initiatives.

    What You'll Do:

    Membership Recruitment (Sales) and Retention:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new members and retain existing ones.
    • Conduct outreach efforts to potential members and facilitate the application and onboarding process.
    • Regularly communicate with current members to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote engagement.
    Membership Engagement and Programming:
    • Organize and oversee a variety of member events, activities, and programming to enhance community engagement and foster member connections.
    • Collaborate with club committees and staff to plan and execute social gatherings, educational workshops, and special events.
    • Ensure that all programming aligns with the interests and preferences of the membership base.
    Member Relations and Customer Service:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Build strong relationships with and between members to cultivate a welcoming, inclusive, and connected club environment.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and implement initiatives to improve member satisfaction.
    Marketing and Promotion:
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to attract prospective members and increase club visibility.
    • Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and targeted outreach, to promote club offerings and events.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials to showcase the club's amenities and benefits.
    Administrative and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate membership records, databases, and financial information.
    • Prepare regular reports on membership metrics, trends, and performance indicators for senior management.
    • Manage membership dues, billing, and collections processes in collaboration with the finance team.
    Operational:
    • Provide operational support as a manager on duty (MOD) when on-site.
    • Operational knowledge of spa, fitness, retail programming with the ability to book appointments and sell products.
    • Ability to cover Dryland Desk operations when needed.
    • Work closely with the Director of Dryland to uphold standards for cleanliness, safety and overall member/guest experience.
    • Ensure the Gravity Haus Vail Members Club, Gym, and Spa facilities are clean and well kept at all times.
    Other Duties:
    • All other duties as assigned by management.

    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Membership experience preferred
    • Events experience preferred
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time
    • Ability to lift up to 70lbs occasionally

    $65,000-$70,000/ Year, plus commission
