    Excavator Operator$24-$28 | Omaha, NE
    Description:Seeking out a full-time qualified Operator to install sanitary, storm, & water piping on civil and private projects. Mostly operating excavator but a variety experience is best.


    Job Responsibilities:

    + The operator we are looking for is primarily running an excavator (CAT, Komatsu) and will be ideally able to "main line dig" for water and sewer pipeline. The main function of this crew is to lay sewer pipe and water main pipe into and on commercial construction job sites.+ The operator should have a strong understanding of the size and feel for the excavator including the swing of the counter weight and a feel for the bucket. The ideal operator will be able to finish grade with the bucket in order to leave the ground ready for sod or seed overlay.


    • Other equipment experience that would be good to have Track-Hoe, Back-Hoe, Loader, Forklift, Track/Wheel Skid Steer
      Qualifications: Valid DL and reliable transportation 2 years Operating Experience Handle excavations up to 35vf deep Excavate in trench boxes up to 20vf deep Manage rehab water and sewer main projects Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment drug test
      Work Environment / Shift: General construction hours M-F: 7am - 5ish Saturdays as needed Outdoor work: Weather may effect Large commercial job sites PPE provided
