- Safely inspect roofs and attics to identify damage , taking care while walking on roofs.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinate with the production team on materials and work orders.
- Supervise multiple production crews from start to finish.
- Utilize company programs for job documentation and tracking.
- Communicate with customers and managers regarding progress and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to use a ladder and safely access the roof.
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, climbing, and balancing.
- Safely handle items weighing 50+ pounds and operating equipment/tools.
- Capable of manual labor in various weather conditions when required.
- Pass drug screen, background check and driving record check.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately.
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission ranging from 50K - 80K
- Company-provided vehicle and gas card (For work-use Only)
