We are looking for a dedicated and experienced construction supervisor (m/f/d) in the field of building construction and industrial construction. In this role, you can significantly control the quality, costs and deadlines of our exciting and complex construction projects.

What can you expect?

• You will take on the construction supervision/construction management of exciting and complex building and industrial construction projects
• You will provide services according to HOAI service phase 8
• You are responsible for quality control
• You manage costs and deadlines
• You take on contract management and change management

What should you bring?

• You have successfully completed a degree in engineering, architecture or a comparable field
• You have knowledge of VOB and HOAI
• You are proficient in industry-standard software tools (AVA, MS Project and MS Office)
• You have fluent or proficient German language skills
• Proficiency in BIM methodology is advantageous
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• You are a team player and possess good planning and organizational skills
