I am looking for a Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d) in permanent employment for a well-known fast fashion retailer in the fashion industry in Clarksburg, CA (not temporary work).


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Responsible for sales and inventory results
  • Ensuring smooth operational processes
  • Handling of businessrelated key figures
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Conducting employee trainings
  • Creating staff schedules
  • Recruiting parttime employees
  • Administrative tasks and back office duties

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training and/or business studies
  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Relevant work experience in the textile retail industry is mandatory
  • Committed and successoriented leadership personality

  • Planning and organizational skills
