- Shift Production planning in close liaison with the Team Leader/Project Manager
- Lead all implementations within the team
- Possess strong knowledge of understanding of all activities within the team
- Assuming responsibility for ensuring that all jobs are completed within the agreed timeframe and SLA's
- Periodical reports to understand the team's performance
- Planning capacity to handle spikes in demand
- Being involved in the recruitment and selection of team staff

The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join our Print Department.
In this role you will be working with a talented team which consists of Technical and Creative Artworkers, Designers and Print Project Managers.
The Studio Manager is responsible for the overall production planning, executing and controlling of the print production team.He/she will have strong commercial awareness, combined with excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to coach, inspire and motivate their team to perform to an equally high standard.
He/she will ensure consistent delivery of all activities to the highest quality.Responsibilities:
