    About the Compliance Analyst role...


    The Compliance Analyst is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and execution of compliance-related maintenance tasks for PCI DSS and ISO27001.

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive compliance analyst to ensure regulatory compliance within all departments of our organization. As a compliance analyst, your duties will include training employees on industry standards, developing policies, and evaluating compliance. You are also required to obtain regulatory approval.

    What you'll do...

    Client Acquisition - Creating new opportunities and upselling current customers. Achieving sales KPIs and targets - finalizing all sales in a timely manner. Identify upgrade opportunities with existing client base and generate new sales from these organizations.

    Presentation and negotiation - Prepare accurate quotes and develop and present proposals to clients in a professional and confident manner.

    Negotiate contracts as required, maintaining a balance between optimal service and value for the client and SiteMinder's profit margins. CRM maintenance - Maintain accurate records of your business development activities on SiteMinder's CRM system. Ensure all documentation is complete post sales to set up trials and to move the client to a subscription.

    Account management - Manage the accounts of new clients to maintain satisfaction until they are passed on to a dedicated Onboarding Success Team or a dedicated Account Manager.

    Client feedback - Provide client feedback on products to the Product Team so that products can be reviewed in line with the feedback.

    Partner management - Work with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder's products and brand. Attend key functions and events, requiring occasional travel to client locations to attend meetings with relevant managers.

    Develop and maintain compliance plans and procedures for PCI DSS and ISO27001Coordinate compliance-related tasks with internal and external stakeholdersConduct internal and external security assessmentsRespond to security assessments from customers and vendorsTrack and report on compliance statusStay up-to-date on changes to cybersecurity regulations and standardsMaintaining communication with compliance regulators and following up on applications.

    Keeping up with compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.

    What you'll have...


    The ideal candidate will have an understanding of cybersecurity regulations and standards, as well as experience in conducting security assessments.

    Familiarity with process improvement methodologyIn-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards for PCI DSS and ISO27001 or similar compliance.

    Highly organised, with excellent problem-solving, communication and research skills.
    Previous experience as a compliance analyst in a related field.
    Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.

    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Understanding of regulatory frameworks.
