Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement curriculum for nursing programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulations
Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, discussions, and demonstrations to students
Provide guidance and support to students in both classroom and clinical settings
Evaluate student performance through assessments, exams, and practical demonstrations
Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the learning experience and promote interdisciplinary education
Stay updated on current trends and advancements in nursing practice and education
Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to facilitate online learning and track student progress

Requirements:

Valid nursing license and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
Previous experience in nursing education or related field
Strong knowledge of primary care, pediatrics, critical care, or other specialized areas of nursing
Familiarity with adult education principles and teaching methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
Experience in nurse management or leadership roles is a plus
