Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for Financial Accounting

Your tasks with us:

Accounting

  • Accounts payable and receivable, including dunning
  • Account reconciliation and clarification
  • Cash management and travel expense accounting
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reporting and certification
  • Maintenance of master data and administrative tasks such as ordering and managing office supplies

Commercial Controlling

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly reports and annual financial statements
  • Actual vs. target comparisons for all projects
Your place of work is in
Berlin-Lichtenberg.


What we are looking for:

  • Commercial education, e.g. as an office clerk, industrial clerk, or similar
  • Ideally, further training as a (financial/balance sheet) accountant

Professional experience in accounting (accounts payable/receivable)

  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel), SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Teamwork, quick
