Your Responsibilities
- You prepare payroll
- You review salaryrelevant components and business transactions
- You handle ad hoc queries and account clarification
- You are responsible for the operational processing of mobility options (bike leasing, job ticket, mobility budgets)
- You create employment contracts and process certificates and similar documents according to guidelines from the "Personnel Support" department
- You assist with anniversary events and retirement exits
- You help with the creation of partial retirement contracts
- You manage the maintenance and digitization of personnel files and documents
- You maintain vacation and time accounts in time management and SAP HR
- You are responsible for absence data
- You have initial experience in personnel administration and time management
- You have knowledge of payroll and salary accounting
- You have SAP knowledge
- You are known for your precise and reliable work style
- You round off your profile with a handson mentality
