    As a Data Entry Clerk at Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. Your meticulous attention to detail and accuracy will be crucial in maintaining our records and databases up to date, ultimately contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into designated databases and systems.
    • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections or updates.
    • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
    • Assist with data cleanup and quality assurance initiatives.
    • Respond promptly to data inquiries and provide support as needed.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
    • Proficient typing skills and accuracy.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
