    Job Description:    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing large amounts of data in our company database. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Input, verify, and update data accurately in the company database
    • Ensure that all data entered meets the quality standards and is error-free
    • Organize and maintain paper and electronic documents according to established procedures
    • Perform regular data audits to identify any discrepancies or errors
    • Generate and distribute reports and documents as required
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data discrepancies or issues
    • Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and procedures


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
