    Job Description

    Are you ready to deliver top-tier customer experiences? Daxko's Customer Service Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Customer Service Advocate. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our products and our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. This position involves supporting various Daxko software solutions, so versatility and initiative are key qualities we're looking for.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication via email, phone, and live chat
    • Provide product training and consulting to help clients maximize software utilization
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues efficiently
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions
    • Stay updated on policies and procedures to provide accurate support
    • Take the lead in enhancing customer satisfaction and overall company success
    • Meet call and case goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
    • Engage in continuous learning and development to become a product expert

    Requirements

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in multitasking and computer operations
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment
    • Capacity to handle challenging situations and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Availability for flexible shifts between 7am - 7pm CST, with occasional on-call hours
    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support
    • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce
