Introduction
My client is a medium-sized supplier for mechanical engineering. The company's headquarters are located in the Rhein-Main area. The company also has subsidiaries in the USA and China, with a total of approximately 400 employees.


Your Responsibilities
You will expand the sales in various industry segments internationally and develop the business sustainably. It is important to prepare the company for the future situation in the markets. To do this, you will initiate necessary changes in structures and processes along the sales value chain. You will manage international sales and project management. By expanding key customers, you will strengthen customer loyalty and ensure future competitiveness. You will continue to expand the business in niche markets. You will drive digitalization in the areas of sales and service. In your role, you will work closely with the shareholder. You will lay the foundations for sustainable and profitable growth of the company in the medium term.


Your Profile
I am looking for a management personality with broad leadership experience in a medium-sized company in special mechanical engineering. You have already achieved sustainable results by implementing comprehensive change management processes. You are a creative, dynamic leader who acts as a team player and is also strong in implementation. You know how to motivate long-term employees in a respectful manner and form high-performing international teams. Ideally, you have a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable education.
