An opportunity has arisen for a friendly, outgoing, and organized person to join WPCA Fulfillment LLC.


Purpose:

We are seeking for a highly capable and bilingual individual proficient in both Spanish and English to join our team as a warehouse administrator.

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by managing various administrative tasks.

You will play a crucial role in fostering a cohesive and inclusive work environment, where all team members feel supported and valued.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

Attendance Management:


  • Daily review of employee attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues with employee attendance and provide necessary paperwork for employees to sign.
  • Compile and organize attendance information into comprehensive reports for each evaluation period.

Hiring Assistance:


  • Assist new hires with their documentation and facilitate their introduction to warehouse operations.
  • Communicate with staffing agencies or central HR as needed to fulfill staffing requirements.

Translation and Communication:


  • Serve as a liaison between warehouse employee and management, providing translation services as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to ensure effective understanding and collaboration.

Supply Management:


  • Coordinate the purchase of warehouse supplies, including packaging materials, safety equipment, and office supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records and reorder supplies as needed to ensure continuous operations.

Safety Compliance:


  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager or HR team to formulate and execute comprehensive safety training programs tailored for warehouse personnel. Identify safety priorities by assessing daily reservations and operational tasks within the warehouse premises.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety training activities and compliance documentation.

Forklift Maintenance:


  • Keep records of forklift maintenance activities, including regular inspection, repairs, and service schedules.
  • Coordinate with maintenance personnel or external service providers to ensure forklifts are wellmaintained and safe for use.

Job Requirements:


Experience:

At least 1 year of assistant professional background is required. Warehouse relative experience preferred.


Knowledge:

Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping processes.

Comprehend safety regulations and protocols within a warehouse setting.

Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and documentation requirements.

Knowledge in using Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Proficient in English and Spanish language fluency.


Skills:

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, document preparation, and communication.

Ability to train and mentor new employees.

Adherence to all company safety and regulatory policies.

Our Schedule**:8 hours, Monday to Friday.

7:00am-3:40pm


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
