  • Position Overview_:

Responsibilities:


Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers to drive business growth and secure contracts.

Lead Generation:
Utilize sales expertise to generate and pursue leads, leveraging industry knowledge and networks.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their logistics needs and proposing customized solutions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for all secured orders.

Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in the logistics landscape.

Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, showcasing our capabilities and services.

Negotiation:
Skill fully negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Customer Support:
Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Skills & Competencies:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Strong relationship-building abilities with a customer-centric approach


Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Strong customer service orientation

Experience managing the sales development process using a CRM.


Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:
$36, $150,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:1099 contract

Base Salary

Up to Over $150k in total compensations
