    We are Continuum Solutions, a boutique, talent acquisition firm based in Houston, TX. We have partnered with our local client to identify talent for their open IT Analyst position.

    IN-OFFICE, DOWNTOWN HOUSTON

    **About Us:**

    **Job Description:**

    Seeking a motivated IT Analyst to support IT infrastructure and provide technical assistance to team members. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of both Mac and Windows environments and be eager to learn and grow in a challenging role.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Provide technical support to end-users on both Mac and Windows platforms, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

    Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, network devices, and peripherals.

    Collaborate with IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

    Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols and practices.

    Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations.

    Assist in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

    **Requirements:**

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Strong knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems.

    -Good knowledge of 365, user management - more than passwords.

    Experience with IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.

    Basic networkingskills, familiarity with concepts and protocols.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

    Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

    Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

    Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

    Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles.
