Description:
The mission of the Integrated Care Team at Old Town Recovery Center is to provide comprehensive support to individuals by coordinating care across various services. The team, consisting of Peer Support Specialists, Case Managers, Employment Specialists, Housing Specialists, PMHNPs, and Counselors/Social Workers, collaborates closely to offer personalized assistance in addressing key needs of the individuals served.
The Integrated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor role entails providing clinical supervision and guidance to the Integrated Outpatient team at the Old Town Recovery Center. This includes supervising mental health counselors, case managers, behavioral health assistants, peer support specialists, and employment specialists. The ideal candidate must hold relevant credentials such as CSWA, LPCA, or MFTA, possess post-graduate experience in mental health, demonstrate leadership skills, and have a current driver's license.
The Integrated Care Teams focus on delivering mental health counseling and case management services to adults with severe mental illness and substance abuse challenges. They offer a person-centered, data-driven, and evidence-based approach to ensure the holistic needs of clients are met.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Old Town Recovery Center in Portland on the corner of Broadway & Burnside
You may qualify for a $3,000 hiring bonus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be registered as a Clinical Social Worker Associate (CSWA); OR Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA); OR Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (MFTA).
Requires 1 year of lead or supervisory responsibilities required OR demonstrates leadership abilities from an internal directly relevant role at CCC.
Must possess a current driver's license.LPC/LCSW/CADC preferred.
Must have current CPR certification prior to start date.
Must demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of services, staff development, individual service and support planning, case management and coordination, utilization of community resources, group, family and individual therapy or counseling, documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes and implementation of all provider policies.
Has the competencies necessary to:
Identify precipitating events
Gather histories of mental, emotional land physical disabilities, alcohol and drug use, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts;
Assess family, social and work relationships
Conduct a mental status assessment
Document DSM diagnosis
Write and implement or supervise implementation of a care plan
Conduct and document a mental health assessment
Provide mental health treatment and rehabilitative services within ones scope of practice
Must meet CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB Test, and criminal background check.

Advanced knowledge and skills in counseling and assessment techniques with individuals and groups. Working knowledge of Recovery Models of treatment and Trauma Informed Care. Ability to work as a team member, communicate effectively, provide leadership, and multitask.
