LHH is seeking a Housing Clinical Manager in Portland, OR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee 5-8 case managers, with an average caseload of 20 individuals each.

Provide clinical supervision for staff offering housing placement and retention services to Native American individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Ensure adherence to Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Assertive Engagement principles.

Support staff and clients in the field when necessary.

Manage hiring, training, and orientation of new staff.

Ensure compliance with grant and contract requirements, including data collection and reporting.

Collaborate with community partners and NARA programs to access resources for clients.

Provide clinical consultation and crisis intervention as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

QMHP-R certification, with QMHP preferred.

Master's degree in relevant field.

2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Portland, OR 97205 | Hybrid | Monday to Friday 8am- 5pm

This role requires compassion, cultural competence, and the ability to work with individuals facing mental illness and addiction within a housing first model.

Pay Details:
$65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
