- Travels to client facilities for testing in cleanroom environments
- Operates sampling equipment for various types of samples
- Conducts testing following protocols
- Prepares testing supplies daily
- Ensures safety and GMP compliance
- Assists in EM trending and cleanroom maintenance
- Interprets testing data
- Supports day-to-day lab functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma with at least three years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Leadership abilities and team player mentality
- Interest in industry standards
- Clean driving record
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in client service is a plus

Overview
Element has an exciting opportunity for an Environmental Monitoring Tech to join the team in Acton, MA. The Environmental Monitoring (EM) Department conducts microbiological testing for cleanrooms used by hospital pharmacies, medical device, and biotechnology companies. EM sampling is crucial for demonstrating microbiological control within cleanroom environments to meet regulatory requirements (ISO, A2LA, FDA, EU, USP, etc.). The EM Technician I will be responsible for collecting test data at client sites, supporting daily lab operations, and assisting in cleanroom maintenance.
