    Job Description Summary:
    Are you a skilled IT professional looking for a dynamic role? Krystal Biotech, Inc. is in search of a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to provide top-notch technical assistance to our on-site and remote teams. In this position, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing issues, installing software, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems.



    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Deliver efficient technical support to local and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Provide remote assistance to employees worldwide via phone and email, minimizing disruptions.
    • Produce reports for management, update documentation, and optimize processes.
    • Utilize cloud-based tools like Microsoft Intune for streamlined configurations.
    • Assign and oversee tasks within the team to maintain exceptional service standards.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across various devices.
    • Ensure user satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Manage user accounts and provide support for system configurations.
    • Assist with hardware/software installations and maintenance.
    • Offer guidance on standardizing hardware and software.
    • Provide training on IT resources and security protocols.
    • Maintain inventory of IT assets and update technical documentation.
    • Enforce IT security policies and educate users on cybersecurity.
    • Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex issues and support projects.
    • Lead the IT Service Catalog development for enhanced end-user support.
    Experience and Skills Desired:
    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
    • 1-2+ years of IT support experience.
    • Familiarity with cloud-based management solutions like Intune or Autopilot.
    • Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
    • Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are advantageous.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
    • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and excellent task prioritization.
