    THE JOB:

    As a Guest Services Representative/Front Desk Clerk at NoMad Las Vegas within Park MGM, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional service, seamlessly blending front desk responsibilities with adept management of multi-line phone systems. Embodying the essence of a boutique-style hotel, NoMad exudes an atmosphere of refined luxury, where every guest interaction is infused with the highest level of care and attention to detail. Your role extends beyond traditional guest services as you act as a concierge, catering to the needs of VIP guests and delivering a white-glove treatment that epitomizes the NoMad experience.

    THE STARTING PAY RATE: 19.85/HR

    THE DAY-TO-DAY:

    • Extend a warm welcome to guests, embodying the essence of MGM Resorts hospitality through personalized service, proactive anticipation of guest needs, and effective resolution of any concerns or complaints
    • Manage all aspects of guest arrivals, departures, and walk-ins with finesse, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from check-in to check-out
    • Elevate the guest experience by recommending and facilitating upgrades to accommodations as per authorized programs, while actively promoting the benefits of MGM Rewards enrollment
    • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and other relevant departments to exceed guest expectations and fulfill special requests, ensuring each guest's stay is nothing short of exceptional
    • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in handling financial transactions, including cash and credit transactions, while adhering to property cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate records
    • Uphold the highest standards of security, privacy, and confidentiality while managing keys and ensuring a relaxing, hassle-free experience for every guest, acting as both a receptionist and concierge throughout their stay

    • Takes pride in their work, can multitask, and describes themselves as detail-oriented
    • Proficient in basic computer skills
    • Enjoys problem-solving and is adept at handling challenging guest scenarios with professionalism and tact in a fast-paced hospitality environment
