- Prepares and presents accounting data by processing and interpreting accounts within the ledgers.
- Reviews and resolves discrepancies in financial entries and reports.
- Reconciles and posts financial activity to ensure that payments are charged to the correct accounts.
- Compiles financial data to prepare business activity reports, financial forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyzes current cost revenues, and financial commitments incurred to predict future revenue and expenses.
- Maintains accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles accounts to the general ledger.
- Communicates with business partners regarding payment status, invoice requests, and inquiries.
- Collaborates in monthly closing processes, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Prior accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
