Job DescriptionTRC is seeking a Staff Accountant for our real estate investment client in the Metro Atlanta area

Onsite position
Direct Hire opportunity
Salary: $65,000 annually

Role Description
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day financial tasks such as recording transactions, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
· A/R and A/P
· Experience in financial analysis and reporting
· Proficiency in using accounting software
· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
· Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
· CPA certification is a plus
