Quest Group Staffing is searching for a Junior Staff Accountant to join the accounting team for one of our highley respected clients here in Sandy Springs, GA. Great opportunity to grow with this fast expanding company Career Growth

Role:

Compliance and thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and understanding of the Statements of Financial Accounting Standards (SFAS) Rules
Prepare/record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
Producing accounting reports and presenting their results.
Assist accounting team with month-end close process.
Accounts Payable
Prepare and process all employee expense reports
Load P&L Profit Keeper reports for Franchisor.
Manage and reconcile all Netsuite Billing
Prepare and record EWC Cogs file.
Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting- Great GPA if only have internship after.
Atleast a year of experience
Strong personal computer skills, including advanced proficiency with MS office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet established deadlines.
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Must be able to commute and be in office as a new hire- eventually turns hybrid
