    If you love cars, enjoy serving others, and want to be active and work outside, then join us in become the most admired car wash businessAs a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, youll help site managers with the daily operations of our car wash, while also contributing to the overall success of the site.

    Youll help ensure were meetings all our inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards to deliver a consistent, convenient and exceptional car wash experience for customers.

    Youll also help hire, train, and coach our Teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values, which includes setting an example when completing all required car wash activities.


    For you to be successful, were looking for:6 months of relevant customer service or sales experienceCar wash experience preferred, though not requiredYou must also be able to:Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growthCommunicate clearly, engage, and lead others by exampleOrganize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilitiesWe can offer you a fun, active, outdoor workplace, working with a team of enthusiastic car washers.

    CompensationStarting at $17.00 per hour base salary per year, plus sales commissions for membership sales. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
