- Create new articles in SAP.
- Maintain Article Master data, which includes Pricing, Descriptions, Weights and Measures, and automated replenishment parameters.
- Offer administrative assistance in Master Data upkeep, such as validating or inputting data into Excel on an as-needed basis.
- Handle Special Order requests.
- Support the Manager of Merchandise Planning and Analysis in ongoing and ad hoc reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of product information in our Master Data in SAP, leveraging your knowledge of Flooring, Moldings, and Accessories.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Po).
- Intermediate competency in SAP software functionality.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform system maintenance tasks accurately.
- Capacity to stay focused during extended periods of system maintenance.
- Adept at collaborating with staff at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing workflows.
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and commitments, especially in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting information and interacting with colleagues, vendors, clients, and customers.
- High school diploma is required.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college is preferred.
- 1-3 years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
