Project Manager International Concept and Rollout HR Service Management (m/f/d)


Introduction

Interfaces with international departments and countries ensure a lively and diverse daily routine.

Your tasks

  • Central project planning and management of the HR Service Management tool implementation
  • Consulting for country organizations
  • Creation and evaluation of user stories and functional concepts
  • Interdisciplinary coordination with Lidl country organizations, central departments, and Schwarz IT
  • Definition and collection of key figures for data-driven optimization of HR Service Management

Your profile

  • Experience in using agile methods in project management or product development
  • Professional experience in human resources or a shared service center
  • Experienced in dealing with various stakeholders
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High coordination and communication skills in English and German
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
