- Manage inbound telephone calls
- Welcome and assist visitors
- Input data into Quickbooks and Access database
- Handle Purchase Orders and create job folders
- Generate Job Travelers outlining the manufacturing process
- Request quotes and place purchase orders for external services
- Track external jobs in progress
- Prepare and ship items to vendors and customers
- Complete job closures and maintain inventory records
- Organize blueprints and certifications in the system
- Support Quality Department with surveys
- Compile job history for future references
- Assist with various office duties as required
- Experience in office administration and data entry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Background in manufacturing is a plus
