On behalf of our well-known client in Neuburg an der Donau, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated employee (m/f/d) for personnel management.

These are your responsibilities:

Supporting a defined group of employees from entry to exit
Advising managers on personnel and labor law issues
Trusting cooperation with the works council
Close collaboration and coordination with the payroll team for timely and accurate payroll processing
Correspondence and communication with authorities and offices
Assisting with personnel-related projects and providing support for ad-hoc inquiries

These are your qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally further education in personnel management
(Several years of) experience in personnel management would be desirable
Knowledge of labor, income tax, social security, and works constitution law
Proficient in MS Office
Reliability, teamwork, and a high level of commitment
Confident and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation
