    About the Job:

    The department of Neurology at UHealth is currently looking for a Full Time Clinical Research Coordinator 2 to join their team. This role involves assisting in planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating specific clinical research studies. The ideal candidate will work closely with the study team to ensure participant safety, adhere to protocols, and manage study activities.

    • Coordinates the implementation of multiple complex clinical research protocols.
    • Oversees eligibility screening and study recruitment activities.
    • Manages sample processing, packing, and shipping according to protocol.
    • Plans strategies to monitor, document, report, and follow up on protocol deviations.
    • Develops and disseminates study-related clinical research best practices.
    • Provides leadership in protocol implementation and study progress.
    • Manages site visits and internal/external auditing activities.
    • Assures communication across the research team.
    • Follows regulatory requirements and maintains necessary skills and training.
    • Adheres to University policies and procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
    • 2 years of relevant experience, 3-4 years preferred.

    Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

    • Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Commitment to the University's core values.
    • Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
