    Senior Benefits and Compensation Manager

    The Senior Benefits and Compensation Manager


    is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs, including benefit vendor management, job profiles, and job family/architecture.

    This role requires a deep understanding of benefits and compensation structures, legal regulations, and industry trends.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Participate in the development and implementation of competitive total rewards (compensation and benefits) packages.
    Conduct benchmarking analyses to ensure market competitiveness.
    Collaborate with HR and management to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
    Manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality services.
    Ensure up-to-date management of job profiles and job family/architecture, salary structures.
    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
    Manage benefits enrolments and resolve any related issues.
    Communicate benefits and compensation policies to employees

    Experience and Skills
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits and compensation.
    Experience in benefits vendor management and job family/architecture management.
    Knowledge of HRIS and benefits databases.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
