    Description

    The Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling special projects as assigned, data entry, and correspondence in support of one or more members of the CEO Team. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships.

    The dynamic nature of this role requires that the ideal candidate have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the department's needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team, CEO, Vendors, and other Team Members across multiple company locations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Assists on special projects.
    2. Maintains comprehensive physical and digital filing as necessary.
    3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    4. Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
    5. File uploads, downloads, and document scanning.
    6. Transcribe source material, and prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts: distribute as appropriate.
    7. Organize travel arrangements for CL Employees, including but not limited to: Book flights, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
    8. Supports and promotes CL policies, procedures, and business models.

    This position will report to the Senior Executive Assistant in Orlando, with a secondary report to the CEO.
