    Job DescriptionA renowned luxury goods company has partnered with Pacifica to seek a Luxury Store Director. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving exceptional business results and delivering outstanding customer experiences in the luxury retail sector.

    In this role, you will:

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance, focusing on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous professional development.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients, enhancing brand loyalty and ensuring a personalized shopping experience that aligns with the luxury ethos of our brand.
    • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to ensure the store's offerings are aligned with our brand's vision and customer expectations.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to make informed decisions that drive brand growth and market share.
    • Ensure the store's presentation and visual merchandising standards reflect the prestige and elegance of the luxury brand.
    • Manage operational and financial performance, setting objectives and benchmarks to monitor progress and drive success.

    Requirements:

    • Exceptional skills in customer service and experience enhancement
